Diarize Me can be set up to automatically send out appointment notifications and reminders to help eliminate no-shows and take your client service to the next level.
You can configure your account to send out notifications for the following actions:
- Creating an appointment
- Changing the date and time of an appointment
- Cancelling an appointment
- Reminding a client of an upcoming appointment
To enable and configure your reminders, click on the Settings->Client Notifications menu option from the left navigation panel.
You will be taken to the screen where you can see an overview of your notifications setup. By default, notifications are not enabled.
By clicking on the 'Edit' button, you can enable or disable individul notifications and customise the messages that get sent to your clients:
Once saved, Diarize Me will automatically send your clients appointment notifications and reminders based on your settings.
You are able to view the messages that Diarize Me sends to your clients by clicking on the 'Inbox' button on the top right of the screen and then on the 'All Messages' button.
This will display a screen with all messages sent to your clients. You are also able to click on a message to see the finer details of the message:
