Creating an appointment through the App is a quick and simple process, especially while on the go!
Once logged in, you can navigate to different dates by tapping on the day you want. You can also move forward and backwards between months by swiping left and right while in the 'Calendar View'.
By tapping on the 'Timeslots' button, you will be shown your available times for the selected date.
When tapping on an available time, you will be taken to the screen that will allow you to complete the appointment information:
When entering a client name, a list of your existing clients will appear for you to quickly tap and auto-complete their email address and phone number. If this is for a new client, simply continue to type the clients name and tap on 'Done'.
An appointment can only be created when there are one or more services added to it. To add a service to an appointment, tap on the 'Add Service' button.
Because services are grouped into categories, you will first choose a service category, then, the service you wish to add to the appointment.
Once you have added the service, you will be taken back to the 'New Appointment' screen where you can modify the appointment end time, or add additional services to the appointment.
Appointment Notes are another optional field that can be completed should you wish to remember any details pertaining to this particular appointment.
Once you are satisfied, tap on the 'Save' button. This will create your appointment for you and take you back to the 'Calendar View' where you will be able to see your newly created appointment.
